The Problem We Solve
Neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with AuDHD (Autism + ADHD), face unique challenges with executive function. The "spoon theory" articulates this well: every task costs energy, and when spoons run out, crisis follows.
Current solutions are reactive, isolated, and abstract. They wait for crisis to occur, leave individuals to manage alone, and provide tools without presence. They also cost $200+/month or require clinician gatekeeping.
For families with multiple neurodivergent members, the challenge compounds. When one member is in crisis, the whole family feels it. Yet support systems treat each person as an isolated case.
The P31 Solution: PHOS 2.0
PHOS 2.0 (Predictive Health & Operating System) takes a fundamentally different approach:
- Predictive: ML models forecast spoon depletion 30 minutes before crisis, enabling proactive intervention
- Collaborative: Family K4 mesh shares anonymized spoon states and automates support
- Embodied: 3D avatar provides persistent, compassionate presence that lives in the mesh
- Open Source: Full code available under AGPL v3. No lock-in. No surveillance.
